1980s Authentic

In a time when films, TV shows and ad campaigns are seeking authentic vintage music from specific eras - here is the 1980’s sound of Sorethumb. The bands memorable, catchy pop rock tunes were described this way in a 1984 review; “Sorethumb’s music has a sophisticated sensibility that rivals any power pop song on the radio today”. With some success but never catapulting to household name status, they found themselves in the heart of NYC 1980s pop culture with the likes of Andy Warhol at Studio 54; at Xenon with socialite countess Titi Wachtmeister; reviewed by society gossip's grande dame columnist "Suzy Page 6" of NY Daily News.
